Mom B's Chili Verde Nuevo

  1. Push chilis through a colander.
  2. Mash tomato into the chili pulp and add salt.
  3. Crush the coriander seeds and add.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Dredge beef in flour and brwon in hot shortening.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
