Whole Wheat Parmesan Herb Loaf

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, combine sour cream, milk, and butter.
  3. Stir into the dry ingredients, just until moistened.
  4. Knead on floured surface for 1 minute.
  5. Shape into round loaf.
  6. Place on greased baking sheet.
  7. With scissors, cut a 1/4-inch deep cross into top of loaf.
  8. Brush with egg white.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and Italian seasoning.
  10. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
  11. Brush.
