Crispy Corny Baked Chicken
- 3 pounds chicken, whole
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk, skim
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Dip into milk and roll in cornflake crumbs.
- Place in lightly pam sprayed baking dish being careful that the pieces do not touch.
- Bake 45 min.
- or until tender.
