Pine Valley Couscous

  1. At home: combine and mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place in a zip-locking plastic bag.
  3. In camp: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  4. Add the contents of the plastic bag.
  5. Stir, cover and remove from heat.
  6. Allow to rehydrate for up to 10 minutes.
  7. Fluff and serve.
