Elvis Mexican Bananadilla
- 1 banana
- 1 tortilla
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Peel the banana, and slice it lengthwise in half, and then crosswise so you have 4 pieces of banana.
- Alternatively you can break the banana in two and smoosh it with a spatula while you are cooking it.
- Spread the peanut butter on one half of one side of the tortilla.
- Place the banana slices onto the peanut butter.
- Fold the tortilla over so you have a "half sandwich" kind of tortilla.
- Heat on a non-stick surface until warm.
- Flip and heat the other side.
- The idea is to lightly toast the tortilla.
- Serve.
