Peach Royale Cheesecake

  1. Beat sugar and butter until light.
  2. Blend in egg and flour.
  3. Mix well and spread onto bottom of 10-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake at 450F (230C) for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix the remaining ingredients together, and pour over crust.
  6. Let set in refridgerator.
