Baked Ham Sauce...delicious

  1. Combine brown sugar, corn starch, dry mustard and cloves into saucepan.
  2. Blend in next 4 ingredients.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Cook on simmer until it thickens, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add sherry and cherries.
  6. Continue simmering for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Serve hot over baked ham or on the side.
  9. Enjoy!
