Brenda's Sopapilla Cheesecake

  1. Lay one can of cresents in bottom of 9x13 cake pan.
  2. Mix warmed cream cheese with 1 cup sugar & 1 tsp vanilla.
  3. Spread over layer of cresents.
  4. Lay other can of cresents on top of cream cheese.
  5. Melt butter and pour over top.
  6. Mix together remaining 1/2 cup sugar & cinnamon, sprinkle over melted butter.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  8. Note: I added the zest and juice of 1 1/2 limes.
  9. You can also add chocolate chips, nuts or anything else you would do in a cheesecake too!
