Brenda's Sopapilla Cheesecake
- 2 can cresent rolls
- 3 box cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Lay one can of cresents in bottom of 9x13 cake pan.
- Mix warmed cream cheese with 1 cup sugar & 1 tsp vanilla.
- Spread over layer of cresents.
- Lay other can of cresents on top of cream cheese.
- Melt butter and pour over top.
- Mix together remaining 1/2 cup sugar & cinnamon, sprinkle over melted butter.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Note: I added the zest and juice of 1 1/2 limes.
- You can also add chocolate chips, nuts or anything else you would do in a cheesecake too!
