Patio Daddyo's Screamin' Chicken

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the butter and hot sauce over medium heat, stirring until butter melts.
  2. Dredge the ham in the sauce and set aside.
  3. Dredge the chicken thoroughly in the sauce, place on a hot grill, and grill until almost cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
  4. Place 3 slices of ham over each chicken breast, then close the grill lid and let cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Lift the lid, place 2 slices of the Munster cheese on each breast on top of the ham, close the lid, and let the cheese melt thoroughly.
