Boursin Ball Recipe

• 8 ounce Cream cheese
• 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp Caraway seed
• 1 tsp Basil
• 1 tsp Dill weed
• 1 tsp Chives, minced Fresh grnd black pepper

1. Blend all ingredients till smooth.
2. Shape into a flat round.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 30 min till hard.
4. Peel the plastic wrap off and coat all sides with fresh grnd pepper.
