Tangy Artichoke Toppers

  1. Mix artichokes, dressing and Neufchatel with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Stir in peppers and parsley.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Spread 2 tsp.
  5. artichoke mixture on each cracker.
  6. Serve immediately.

hearts, italian dressing, cheese, red peppers, parsley, woven wheat crackers
