Tangy Artichoke Toppers
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 48 lightly salted woven wheat crackers
- Mix artichokes, dressing and Neufchatel with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Stir in peppers and parsley.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Spread 2 tsp.
- artichoke mixture on each cracker.
- Serve immediately.
