Breakfast Pockets
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded hashbrowns
- 1 can biscuits
- 3 slice sausage or bacon
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cook the eggs as you would make scramble eggs
- Cook the hashbrowns as it says on the package
- Cook the bacon or sausage like the package says
- Open the can of biscuits and flatten them on a cookie sheet pan
- Mix the cooked eggs, hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, and cheese together
- Put a teaspoon of the mixture on each flatten biscuit and fold over to close the biscuit up
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven
