Shrimp for Shrimp and Grits

  1. For the Shrimp: Mix all spices together then sprinkle over shrimp and mix around to cover evenly.
  2. Saute shrimp in a hot frying pan with about 2 Tablespoons of oil.
  3. Saute until cooked through about 7 minutes.
  4. Pour over grits and serve.
  5. For the Grits: Bring stock to boil and add grits.
  6. Stir well, lower heat a bit, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove lid and stir in cheeses until they are melted.
  8. Serve!
