Garlic n Parsley Creamy Potatoes

  1. Add cubed potatoes to a pot.
  2. Fill with water til just covering the potatoes.
  3. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and let simmer til potatoes are tender.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add drained potatoes back into pot.
  6. Add rest of ingredients to the pot with the potatoes.
  7. Use a potato masher n mash all ingredients together til smooth and well combined.
  8. Taste and season to preference.
  9. Enjoy!
