Calzone dough

  1. Combine 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add very warm water and oil; mix until well blended, about 1 minute.
  3. Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
  4. Knead on a floured surface, adding additional flour if necessary, until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes.
  5. Form into a ball put into a bowl sprayed with nonstick spray the top part of dough ball with nonstick.
  6. Cover with damp towel or clear plastic and let rest.
  7. Let rise in a warm place until light and doubled in size about 2 hours.
  8. Punch dough down several times to remove air bubbles let sit covered 1 hour.form into 8 balls of equal sized mix with your favorite flavored oil, like rosemary oil, shallot oil, dill oil, chives oil, sesame oil this is very strong.
  9. This will make eight , circles eight inches in diameter or 20.32 centimeters in diameter
