Pinwheels

  1. Combine all ingredients (I use a mixer).
  2. Spread completely on flour tortillas.
  3. Roll the tortilla closed.
  4. Refrigerate to set (or until ready to serve).
  5. Slice in about 1/2" slices.
  6. Serve with your favorite salsa on the side.
  7. Note: add as much green onions and meat as you like, but it must be able to spread on the tortillas.
  8. Depending on how thick you spread this is how many tortilla rolls you will end up with.
