Ranch Mac 'n' Cheese
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 cup milk
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 2 ounces ranch salad dressing mix (2 envelopes)
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic herb seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup cubed colby cheese
- 1 cup cubed monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream (8oz)
- 12 cup crushed saltine (15 crackers)
- grated parmesan cheese
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, combine the next eight ingredients.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture begins to thicken.
- Reduce heat; stir in the sour cream.
- Drain macaroni; add the macaroni and cracker crumbs to cheese sauce.
- Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
