Chocolate, Strawberry & Cookie Parfaits

• 2 cups cold fat-free milk
• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
• 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 6 Reduced Fat OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

1. Add milk to dry pudding mix in medium bowl.
2. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
3. or until well blended.
4. Refrigerate 5 min.
5. Spoon one-third of the pudding mixture evenly into four parfait or wine glasses; top with layers of half each of the strawberries and cookies.
6. Repeat all layers.
7. Cover with the remaining pudding mixture and whipped topping.
8. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator up to 2 hours before serving.
