Basic Chinese Gravy Recipe

  1. Pour bouillon in a small saucepan and heat to boiling.
  2. Add in sugar, soy sauce and MSG.
  3. Blend cornstarch and water; stir the mix into bouillon and cook, stirring constantly till thickened.
  4. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  5. Makes about 1 c..
