Beer Dip

  1. By hand or using a mixer, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the dip mix and about half a bottle of Bass.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese.
  5. Taste - the flavors won't be combined, but add more beer to taste.
  6. Let sit for at least a half hour to combine the flavors, best overnight.
  7. If the consistency is too goopy, put in the freezer for about a half an hour and then move to the fridge.
