Crock Pot Beef Stew Recipe
- 2 lbs. stew meat
- 4 or possibly more potatoes, cut in lg. pcs
- 7 or possibly more carrots, cut up
- Celery
- Onions
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tbsp. tapioca
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- Place in order given.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 5 to 5 1/2 hrs.
