Cream Caramel
- 6 eggs
- 500 grams of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 6 tbsp white suger
- 1 Half a cup suger
- 1 half a cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- First you take the half a cup suger and half a cup water and cook it until its light brown then add the lemon juice and a teaspoon boiling water
- Put the caramel in a cups or anything you perpare quickly before the caramel freeze
- Then beat the eggs with the vanilla until they became light and fluffy
- The while beating the eggs boil the milk with the sugar
- After the milk boils remove it from heat and slowly put the egg mixture
- Then put the final mixture into the cups you perpared with caramel and put them in a water path and make sure the water is reaching the half of the cups no more or less then put them in the oven for about an hour or untill cooked 170C
