Amaretto Peach Pie Recipe

  1. Place peaches in bottom of 9-inch pie crust.
  2. In saucepan, heat together honey, butter, and maple syrup till just melted.
  3. Stir in arrowroot; mix will thicken.
  4. Add in Amaretto, flour, lemon juice and nutmeg.
  5. Pour liquid over peaches.
  6. Cover with top pie crust.
  7. Seal edges and cut small holes in top crust.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min or possibly till pie is golden and bubbling at holes.
  9. Serves 6
