Chicken Sausage Veggie Flat Breads
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
- 3 slices Chicken Sausage Links, Cut Into 1/2" Slices
- 3 cups Kale, Sliced Into Ribbons
- 2 whole Whole Wheat Flat Breads (I Used Trader Joe's)
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella, Cut Into Thin Slices
- 4 whole Radishes, Sliced
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Place a pizza stone in the oven.
- In a cast iron skillet over medium high heat, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add chicken sausages and brown about 2 minutes per side.
- Toss kale into the skillet and saute just until starting to wilt.
- Remove skillet from heat.
- Remove stone from oven and place flatbreads onto the stone.
- Brush with olive oil and spread garlic over the crust.
- Sprinkle with Italian Seasonings.
- Place fresh mozzarella onto the pizza.
- Top with chicken sausage, kale, radishes, artichoke and onions.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbreads are crispy.
