Cheesy, Cheesy Creamed Spinach

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Boil big pot of water and add spinach just until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain spinach well - remove all water.
  4. Combine leek, cheeses, dill, breadcrumbs, heavy cream and egg in bowl.
  5. Once spinach has cooled and water is squeezed out as best possible, add to mixture above.
  6. Put spinach/cheese mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
