Curried Fruit Recipe
- 1 lg. can mixed fruit (for salads)
- 4 bananas, cut in lg. pcs
- 1 sm. can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- Drain fruit.
- Combine sugar, curry and cornstarch.
- Add in melted butter to fruit, then add in sugar mix.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a buttered casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Serve warm or possibly cool.
- Great with ham.
