Carb Rangoons (YUM-O)

  1. Combine the crab, cream cheese, onion, sugar, and water chest nuts.
  2. Drop about one or one and one-half teaspoons of filling onto each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold them into triangles and wet wrap with water to stick sides together.
  4. Heat oil on medium-high heat in a skillet or deep fryer.
  5. Fry the rangoons until browned.
  6. When theyre done frying, place on paper towel on a plate.
