Lovage Soup with Barley

  1. 1 - Pour water into a pot.
  2. Add chicken wing, juniper and stems, bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove stems.
  4. 2 - Add chicken tenderloins, lovage, onion, garlic, carrot, potato, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. 3 - Remove chicken wing and chicken tenderloins.
  7. Cut the last into slices.
  8. Add a pinch of turmeric.
  9. Adjust salt and add some pepper.
  10. 4 - Garnish with parsley leaves, lovage leaves, and chicken slices.
  11. Comment.
  12. If you use dried lovage, the soup will lose most of the basic flavor.
