Multigrain Exam Cookies (High Energy/Healthy)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook quinoa in water according to packet instructions.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and add soymilk if it seems a bit dry.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes until crispy round the edges (bake less for softer, cakier cookies, more for crispier).
