Mae's Easy Yogurt Pie
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fruit, chopped
- 1 packages 3.4 oz pudding mix, any flavour
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 packages 3 oz Jello, any flavor
- disregard directions in pudding ( or Jello ) box
- dissolve pudding ( or Jello ) completely in milk ( or water)
- mix in yogurt
- add fruit and blend well
- fill pie crust and chill for 3 hours or until set.
- garnish with fruit and whipped cream if desired
- an alternative that's easy is: Put all ingredients in a blender on high speed until well blended then pour into pie crust
