The New Ham and Cheese
- 2 qt. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1 qt. KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 96 slices sourdough bread, sliced 3/4-inch thick
- 144 slices Black Forest ham, sliced
- 192 slices fresh mozzarella cheese ovoline, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 48 each plum tomatoes, halved, roasted
- 1-1/2 gal. arugula, torn
- Mix mustard and mayonnaise; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 2 Tbsp.
- of the mayonnaise mixture.
- Place 3 ham slices, 4 cheese slices, 1 tomato half and 1/2 cup of the arugula on 1 of the bread slices; top with second bread slice.
- Cut in half to serve.
