Beef And Noddles Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless stew meat
- 1 lrg onion, minced Garlic to taste, chopped
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x 8 ounce pk egg noddles
- Chop stew meat into small pcs.
- Saute/fry in warm oil till meat changes color.
- Add in onion & garlic, saute/fry with meat.
- Add in worcestershire sauce & salt & pepper to taste.
- Cover with water & cook till meat is tender, about one hr.
- Add in more water, butter, & uncooked noodles.
- Cover & simmer till noodles are done.
- Add in more water as needed.
