Simple Bean Sprouts and Fish Sausage in Sweet and Sour Sauce

  1. Wash the bean sprouts and cut the fish sausages in half diagonally lengthwise.
  2. Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Add a bit of oil (not listed) to a pan and fry the fish sausages you prepared in Step 1.
  4. Once the fish sausages slightly color, add the bean sprouts and mix together with a bit of salt.
  5. Add the mix from the sides of the pan and slowly mix with a circular motion.
  6. Once it has developed a nice thickness, it's finished.
  7. Serve it while it's hot!
