Simple Bean Sprouts and Fish Sausage in Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 Fish sausage
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- 6 tbsp Water
- 1 Green onion (decorative) <- If you have
- Wash the bean sprouts and cut the fish sausages in half diagonally lengthwise.
- Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
- Add a bit of oil (not listed) to a pan and fry the fish sausages you prepared in Step 1.
- Once the fish sausages slightly color, add the bean sprouts and mix together with a bit of salt.
- Add the mix from the sides of the pan and slowly mix with a circular motion.
- Once it has developed a nice thickness, it's finished.
- Serve it while it's hot!
