Egg Noodles Recipe
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. cool water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Beat egg yolks, egg, salt and water.
- Add in flour, mix well.
- Add in baking pwdr, mix well.
- Put on floured surface, divide into 2 pcs.
- Roll each piece very thin, turn over onto flour.
- Roll again, sprinkle with flour.
- Cut into narrow strips.
- Cook in rapidly boiling broth.
- Cover and cook slowly without lifting lid for 15 min.
