Creamy spinach

• 2 cups shredded frozen spinach
• 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 pinch pepper
• 1 pinch salt

1. Cook the spinach as per the instructions on the pack.
2. Add the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Place in the microwave and cook on high for one and a half minutes.
4. Stir and serve.
