My Mother's Chinjao Rosu with Green Pepper
- 200 grams Beef
- 6 Green peppers
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 heaped tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Julienne the peppers.
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- (I added yellow bell peppers, but I usually use only green peppers.)
- Season the beef with ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry Step 2 beef, and remove from the pan.
- Lightly wipe the pan with a paper towel, add oil, and stir-fry the green peppers.
- Return the beef to the pan, and continue stir-frying with the green peppers.
- Add seasonings, toss the ingredients to coat well, then it's done!
