My Mother's Chinjao Rosu with Green Pepper

  1. Julienne the peppers.
  2. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  3. (I added yellow bell peppers, but I usually use only green peppers.)
  4. Season the beef with ingredients.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry Step 2 beef, and remove from the pan.
  6. Lightly wipe the pan with a paper towel, add oil, and stir-fry the green peppers.
  7. Return the beef to the pan, and continue stir-frying with the green peppers.
  8. Add seasonings, toss the ingredients to coat well, then it's done!
