Creamy Ranch-Chicken Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook vegetables in hot oil in large skillet 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in chicken, soup, tomatoes, dressing and chili powder.
  6. Spread 1/3 of the tortilla strips onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of 1/3 each of the chicken mixture and cheese.
  7. Repeat layers twice.
  8. Bake 30 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Top with crushed chips and cilantro.
