Southland Pesto Wrap

  1. Spray tortillas lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and pesto until well blended.
  3. For each serving: Spread 2 Tbsp.
  4. mayonnaise mixture onto 1 tortilla to within 1 inch of outside edge.
  5. Place 3 oz.
  6. turkey, 1/4 cup peppers, 1/2 cup spinach and 3 tomato slices on center of tortilla.
  7. Fold in sides of tortilla; roll up tightly from bottom edge.
  8. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
