Southland Pesto Wrap
- 24 each Flour tortillas (12 inch)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 cups pesto
- - cooked turkey breasts, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. roasted red peppers, chopped
- 3 qt. Fresh spinach leaves, torn
- 12 each tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- Spray tortillas lightly with cooking spray.
- Mix mayonnaise and pesto until well blended.
- For each serving: Spread 2 Tbsp.
- mayonnaise mixture onto 1 tortilla to within 1 inch of outside edge.
- Place 3 oz.
- turkey, 1/4 cup peppers, 1/2 cup spinach and 3 tomato slices on center of tortilla.
- Fold in sides of tortilla; roll up tightly from bottom edge.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
