Beef Stew
- 1 lb lean stew meat
- 6 cups water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 15 ounces green beans
- 15 ounces tomatoes, diced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- salt
- pepper
- Place water, garlic, and stew meat in a pot and boil until meat is cooked all the way through.
- Place all other ingredients in pot and cook until potatoes are soft.
