Turnip Greens With Smoked Turkey Recipe

  1. Pick over and thoroughly rinse greens.
  2. Rinse several times till water is clear and not gritty.
  3. In extra large pot, boil meat and onions to make a good broth.
  4. Use plenty of water to allow for evaporation.
  5. Add in greens, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs at a steady steam.
