Ham and Vegetable Quiche

  1. Place pastry in a 350 degree (175 C.) oven for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool while you dice and chop filling ingredients.
  3. Mix or layer the ham, broccoli, cauliflour, and onions in the pie shell.
  4. Cover the top with a healthy helping of cheese.
  5. Make sure the top is covered and heaped.
  6. Mix the three eggs until blended, then pour slowly over the top of the cheese.
  7. Place quiche in 400 degree (200 C.) oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 325 degrees (175 C.) and continue baking for 45 minutes.
  9. Let quiche stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
