Gooey, Cheesy Soup Pasta with Soft-Boiled Egg
- 50 grams Spiral Pasta
- 70 grams Wiener sausage
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Consomme stock granules
- 400 ml Water
- 40 grams Cheese that melts
- 1 Parsley (dried)
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Thinly slice the onion along the grain.
- Cut the wieners into 1 cm pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a pot.
- Add Step 2 and season with salt.
- Cook until the onions are tender.
- Add the water and consomme to Step 3.
- When it comes to a boil, add the pasta noodles and crack in an egg.
- Simmer on medium heat for 90 seconds.
- Arrange on a dish.
- Sprinkle cheese around the egg and top with parsley.
