Primavera Chicken Linguini
- 10 ounces linguine
- 3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut in cubes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup sliced green peppers or 1 cup yellow bell pepper
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) cancontadina recipe ready diced tomatoes, Primavera
- 1 (6 ounce) cancontadina italian paste with Italian spices
- 1.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

- Meanwhile, cook chicken, onion, garlic, zucchini, bell pepper, and pepper flakes in oil for five minutes or until tender.

- Add undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, and 3/4 cup water.
- Simmer for five minutes.

- Toss with pasta and garnish with crumbled feta or Parmesan cheese if desired.
