Crab/Artichoke Melt

  1. Mix crab, artichoke hearts, scallions, celery, white pepper, garlic, Parmesan/Romano/asiago cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
  2. Spread 6 oz.
  3. of crab mix on slice of sourdough bread.
  4. Top with cheddar/jack cheese: -- scallions.
  5. Bake at 425F for 8 minutes.
