Banana Soy Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Get all the ingredients out and put them in your blender.
  2. I like to use my single-serving blender (like a Magic Bullet) for convenience.
  3. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Keep it going a little longer than you think you need to -- it will get creamier and you'll get rid of any banana chunks left over.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. You could use frozen bananas for a colder drink, but I don't think it's necessary.
