Banana Soy Breakfast Smoothie
- 12 banana, peeled
- 3 ounces pineapple juice (1/2 of a small can)
- 12 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 14 cup soft tofu
- Get all the ingredients out and put them in your blender.
- I like to use my single-serving blender (like a Magic Bullet) for convenience.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Keep it going a little longer than you think you need to -- it will get creamier and you'll get rid of any banana chunks left over.
- Enjoy!
- You could use frozen bananas for a colder drink, but I don't think it's necessary.
