Easy Chicken, Veggie Penne
- 3 cups penne or 3 cups bow tie pasta
- 8 ounces alfredo sauce
- 34 red pepper, diced
- 2 cups broccoli, steamed
- 1 (8 ounce) package chicken cutlets, already cooked
- Boil water for pasta.
- When it is at a boil pour in the 3 cups of it.
- Steam broccoli in pot or in microwave, if it is pre-made and ready to microwave.
- Dice red pepper into tiny pieces.
- Set aside.
- When pasta is tender, turn off heat, and strain.
- Pour strained pasta into bowl.
- Mix in room temperature alfredo sauce.
- Then stir in broccoli and pepper.
- Place all of the chicken into the microwave for 2 minutes (time varies), or until it is hot.
- Combine chicken with pasta mixture.
