Scrambled Tofu

  1. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Fry onion and tofu for a minute or two.
  3. Add tamari, yeast flakes, turmeric and water to pan and fry for a further minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir through the fresh herbs.
  5. Add cracked black pepper to taste.
