Rhubarb Custard Dessert

  1. Beat eggs slightly; add milk.
  2. Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg; stir in to milk mixture add Rhubard that has been cut into small pieces.
  3. Pour mixture into pastry lined pan.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. At this time you can cover with a lattice topping or not.
  6. Sometimes I cover sometimes I don't.
  7. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in 400 degree oven.
