  1. Press farmer cheese through a sieve.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, oil, sugar, and salt.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Sift flour with baking pwdr and beat it into the cheese mix.
  5. Roll out dough on a lightly floured board to 1/4-inch thickness and spread in a greased jelly-roll pan (15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1 inch).
  6. Heat butter and stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Cook till mix starts to bubble.
  8. Cold.
  9. Spread mix proportionately over the dough.
  10. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for about 20 min, or possibly till cake is golden.
  11. Cut into squares or possibly bars.
