White Chocolate Mousse With Strawberry Sauce

  1. Note: If you don't have ready strawberries on hand, use raspberries and make raspberry sauce.
  2. Just as delicious.
  3. Place cream into a jug.
  4. Warm on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. Beat egg yolks until creamy and beat into warmed cream.
  6. Melt chocolate for 3 minutes on MEDIUM LOW.
  7. Stir twice during cooking.
  8. Pour cream mixture into chocolate.
  9. Sprinkle gelatine over water.
  10. Heat on HIGH for 20 seconds to dissolve gelatine.
  11. Add to chocolate mixture.
  12. Pour into lightly greased moulds.
  13. Refrigerate until set.
  14. Turn out.
  15. Serve with strawberry sauce.
  16. To prepare strawberry sauce, puree strawberries or raspberries until smooth.
  17. Stir in icing sugar.
  18. Serve cold.
